As owner of Cracker Barrel Antiques in Huntington, Long Island, he specialized in antique restoration, appraisal, and helping clients recognize the history and value behind everyday objects. His ongoing interest in antiques includes a real affinity for mid-century objects, and he maintains an ongoing association with RE Steele Antique Gallery in East Hampton.
Over the years, Bill has personally renovated three historic homes, blending craftsmanship with practical improvements that respect a home's original character while increasing its market appeal. His passion for landscape design has led to years of work in nurseries and enduring relationships with wholesale plant suppliers, allowing him to create inviting outdoor spaces that enhance curb appeal without unnecessary expense.
